At Evolv Performance Chips, we stand behind every product we sell and offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to return the performance chip, even if you have opened, used and installed it in your vehicle, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange.

We offer a free US returns shipping label and do not charge a restocking fee. To initiate a return, simply contact us and we will send you a return label by email within 1 to 2 business days. Please ensure that you print and attach the label to the outside of a shipping box and drop it off at your nearest US Post Office.

To process a return or exchange, please keep the following in mind:

  1. You can return the merchandise for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

  2. You must include all original packaging and contents, and the merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it in. If the product has been modified or damaged, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

  3. After we receive your return (typically within 1-2 business days of the return date), your refund will be processed and we will send you an email confirmation. Please note that it may take 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your financial institution, based on their processing times (excluding weekends and holidays).

How fast will I receive my order?

We have fulfillment centers on both the west and east coast, and we ship six days per week. Our average delivery time is between 2-3 days.

When will my order ship?

We strive to deliver your order promptly. After your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number. Generally, orders placed from Monday to Saturday before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are shipped on the same day.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you an email containing the tracking number. By clicking on the link in the email, you'll be redirected to the carrier's website for tracking.

If you opted to create an account during checkout, you can also monitor your order through your order history. Just log in to your account and select your order number on the order history page to track it.

Do you ship globally?

We offer global shipping using USPS First Class International. Please note that all taxes, duties, and customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the package recipient.

Typically, international orders are delivered within 3-10 business days after they are shipped from our fulfillment center.
